In upcoming general election of 2014, Union Home Ministry decided to set – up a system of maintaining the security of election through IAF choppers. In 2014 General Election, for making a peaceful environment of election and protect the election polls from any Inter – state movements of naxalites, Home ministry decided to take the services of IAF choppers.

At slightest 10 helicopters of the Indian Air Force will be pressed into administration for quick development of security work force in each point of 2014 General Election.
